It results from the existing division into own and commissioned tasks whose financing is subject to different rules. In practice, the aspects of financing, including its insufficient level, correct spending of funds, as well as control and supervision of these funds can be problematic.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>How to settle a subsidy for financing educational tasks or how to finance tasks commissioned by legal acts in the absence of subsidies \u2013 these are questions representatives of districts and some communes have to answer.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><b>How do we help?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The TLhub team provides support in finding proper legal solutions and answering the questions resulting from the practice of application of unclear or scarce regulations.
