{"id":2037,"date":"2021-07-30T11:33:46","date_gmt":"2021-07-30T09:33:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tlhub.pl\/?p=2037"},"modified":"2021-08-04T11:38:02","modified_gmt":"2021-08-04T09:38:02","slug":"publication-of-katarzyna-leskiewiczs-paper-in-agricultural-law-review","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tlhub.pl\/en\/publication-of-katarzyna-leskiewiczs-paper-in-agricultural-law-review\/","title":{"rendered":"Publication of Katarzyna Le\u015bkiewicz\u2019s paper in \u201cAgricultural Law Review\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In the latest issue of \u201cAgricultural Law Review\u201d, an article written by the Partner of <strong><span style=\"color: #1faaff;\">TLhub<\/span><\/strong> and professor of Adam Mickiewicz University, Katarzyna Le\u015bkiewicz, Ph.D. entitled \u201cLegal aspects of the termination of permanent management vis a vis the statutory management of State Forests\u201d was published.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In the article, the author focuses on the practical problem of assessment of the legal character of the State Forests management because it happens to be identified with permanent management, especially in cases regarding the decision on the entity entitled to manage land or the termination of management established via administrative decisions from many years ago. The author believes that the statutory management of State Forests is not permanent management as understood by the Property Management Act and rulings that find these two \u201cinstitutions\u201d to be the same are incorrect.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You can read the entire article under this <a href=\"https:\/\/pressto.amu.edu.pl\/index.php\/ppr\/article\/view\/28621\/25721\">link<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAgricultural Law Review\u201d is a magazine that has been published by Wydawnictwo Naukowe UAM publishing house since 2007, dedicated to the broadly understood agricultural, food, and environmental law. The magazine became a form of exchange of opinions at a global scale, helping solve problems related to the agri-food economy, also from the perspective of the Polish
