HR and payroll expert
Kinga Rubas has a few years of experience as an HR and payroll expert in an accounting office.
Her tasks include recordkeeping of hours worked and payroll processing, drawing up documentation, reports, and declarations for the Social Insurance Company, Central Statistical Office, PIT returns, the State Fund For Rehabilitation of Disabled People, and Employee Capital Plans, as well as preparing agreements and HR documents, certificates, and other employment documents.
She graduated from the Faculty of Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
She also completed post-graduate studies at the Faculty of HR and Payroll in Law and in Practice at the Calisia University.
