We are pleased to announce that the District Court in Poznań, in the first and second instance, dismissed in its entirety the action against our Client whom we represented in the case related to the payment of a contractual penalty for breach of a confidentiality agreement.
The court fully shared the arguments of our Law Firm, according to which, in the light of the applicable regulations, the protection of confidentiality does not apply to information that is readily available to persons who normally deal with a particular type of information.
