Mateusz Chłosta specializes in issues regarding CIT and PIT.
For over ten years he has been providing consulting services to clients within tax aspects of projects regarding transfer prices and research and development activity, including relief for research and development (R&D) and IP BOX. He supports clients within tax aspects of company transformation and international aspects of corporate taxes – he conducts and supervises tax audits and reviews, analyzes arm’s length of transactions, drafts documentation as well as transaction and organization structures for planned projects.
Mateusz Chłosta graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He also completed the British Law Course held by the University in cooperation with the University of Cambridge, as well as postgraduate studies in taxes and tax law at the Poznań University of Economics and Business. For years he has conducted classes in tax law during courses organized by the Accountants Association in Poland. He publishes articles in “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” and “Rzeczpospolita” dailies as well as “Forbes” magazine.
