Łukasz Dumowski specializes in civil, business, and criminal law. He provides consulting services to Clients in civil disputes and criminal proceedings.
He has particularly extensive experience in cases regarding entities of the financial market, especially Polish insurance companies. He represents commercial law companies and natural persons in common courts, in cases regarding traffic accident compensations and personal compensations, medical malpractice, compensations for the noise generated by airports, and employee rights. He represents natural persons in criminal cases.
His experience also includes registration of commercial law companies as well as drafting and issuing opinions on copyright agreements and agreements regarding the ongoing operation of companies.
Łukasz Dumowski graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In 2016 he was the Laureate of the Zbigniew Hołda Constitutional Court Tournament.
