Marcin Błaszyk supports non-governmental organizations and companies, including start-ups from the IT, e-commerce, and life sciences sectors in matters regarding corporate law, copyright, new technologies, and industrial property law.
His experience includes comprehensive consulting services for websites, including crowdfunding platforms, from drafting of the legal framework for the operation of such entities, through drafting of the terms and conditions and required documentation, to the ongoing legal consulting.
He also provides consulting services within labor law, including training courses for employers.
He participated in numerous projects regarding trademark registration. He represented clients before the Polish Patent Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
Marcin Błaszyk graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
