Wojciech Matuszczak

Wojciech Matuszczak specializes in issues regarding CIT, PIT, property tax, and VAT.
He provides consulting services and represents clients during tax controls, customs and fiscal controls, and tax proceedings – criminal, fiscal, and court and administrative ones. He conducts and supervises due diligence and tax reviews. He supports clients in projects regarding company transformation and organizational changes, including the implementation of new tax and legal structures that significantly improve settlement structures. He also has experience in consulting services for entities of the public finance sector.
Wojciech Matuszczak graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics at the University in Wrocław. He is also a graduate of PHD studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He is a lecturer of financial law and public finance at the University of Social Sciences in Poznań. He is also a member of the State Examination Commission for Tax Advisory.
He regularly appears as a speaker at conferences and training courses regarding taxes, including professional courses organized by the Accountants Association in Poland.
He is the author of numerous articles on taxes published by nationwide media.
